A yogic stretch before the acroyoga begins.
This healing women’s retreat hosted by the LA Skate Hunnies and Intuitive Soul Wellness was an amazing day. The team consisted of acro-yogis, women-owned entrepreneurial businesses, a panel of wellness professionals, breathwork and sound bath, complete with a healthy lunch and raffle.
It’s important to make space to take care of oneself, and this was the perfect place for it.
